Delayed..  It's ride had another task so we are working on rescheduling for a later time.  Should be home by winter however.  Maybe even the next couple weeks.

My sister in law found this snapshot of my Freightliner on the property where it is stored.  This is a working picture of it probably late 80s or early 90's before it was parked.  I hope they find a few more of it.

Title in hand.  Working on a plan to bring it home soon before winter.

Got a pic from my brother in law that helps confirm some things.  You Freightliner experts decipher this?  Appears it is a late 79 build.  Not sure what the rest aside from the vin.

It's home.  I will have good bad and ugly pictures in a few days when I am home coinciding with daylight.

All the pictures.  Most recent in the later pages.  7 pages of pictures.  There is lots of work to be done but I am seeing good signs with my spare engine and the drivetrain from engine back looks fine.  Hoses and chassis wiring seems good.  Some hood bodywork issues, a couple cracks and support structure needs repair.  Metal itself is pretty straight.  Cab has some issues with holes from where it appears the visor was torn off.  Doors are straight.  Drivers windshield is cracked.  Couple bodywork issues with the sleeper roof.  A couple ugly patches and it is dented in pretty good.  I think it can be pushed up pretty easily.  Interior- if it is absorbant fabric.. it's nasty stinky and is probably going on my burn pile.  Quite a bit of trash, old logbooks and junk that is mouse pee saturated.  All the vinyl looks to be in good shape externally.  I think replacing the screws with ones that aren't rusty and a good cleaning and it will look pretty good.  Interior plastics need repaired in places and probably re-colored.  Center console HVAC box - plastic on that is destroyed.  I have already spotted a number of odds and ends I need.  Brake foot valve is seized.  Missing the blue brake release button.  I have a couple days with gloves and garbage bags to clean out the mess.  ODO Ban and lots of suds inside just to make it habitable to work on things.  Cab wiring mostly looks good except for possibly some hvac stuff and radio and cab fan wiring.
