Around my area the muck farmers have rebuild those "G" tractors so many times there probably isn't an original part left on them. David Bradley made a smaller version with a single rear wheel that were used on small farms. Great cultivating tractors because of the visibility.

Nice! I own a 1948 Allis Chalmers G that I am slowly restoring. Hard to believe that building 30000 of something makes it rare, but its true, and it makes everything G more expensive. Great looking truck too. Slim 3979 (1/13/2017) Bill White (1/10/2017) 1939 305
Bill, that's a Allis Chalmers Model G on the back of this truck. They were rare when they were built back in the '50s and they are still rare, but most of them have survived.

Shifty (1/12/2017) Thanks for the link. Yes that looks like it, and I'll bet that Duck came out of Wisconsin Dells. The Duck may have come from Boston. There's a tour company there that uses quit a few of them for site seeing Boston harbor and Charles River.

That is correct. I saw it at Del's in Wisconsin. Friesland? He had a real nice collection. Mostly Buick cars, and Diamond -T trucks. The one pictured was probably the only unrestored one there, but it was my personal favorite.
