This one has a familiar look, but that's not who built it. Emblems removed. Photo from John Algood.

I'm where I'm at when I'm all there! But,when I'm here, how can I be all there?

Well, I see 4 answers and they all agree and I agree with them, Eisenhauer.

Well, I see five answers and agree with them all too ! This truck is an Eisenhauer with twin Chevrolet 6 cylinder engines and 10x4 drive. These trucks used modified Chevrolet sheetmetal and were rated for a 20 ton capacity. The article below from Fred Crismon's U.S. Military Wheeled Vehicles explains more. This truck was the predecessor to the 1950's Eisenhauer we ran about 3 months ago. Thanks to John Algood for the WAI photo and Dan Souday for the other. Brian Kelly had this 1st, but not by much over David Boudrie, and Hamish.

I think a truck like that would be a kick to drive. I love the weird iron out there, and, this one certainly ranks up there.
