For Old Timer Tuesday we have this rare model, making it's first appearance in the WAI. Emblem removed. Photo from Don MacKenzie.

We scared most everyone off, but not before Tillerman got it. This is a 1911 Harder combination hose wagon, built for the Chicago Fire Department. The Harder Fire Proof Storage & Van Company of Chicago built trucks for their moving and storage business from 1910 to 1913. They also built fire trucks. Models from 1-1/2 ton to 10 ton were built. Thanks to Don MacKenzie for the photo of this rare truck.

Another example of extensive engineering going into the early development of trucks, and for such small quantities.
