Yeah, this is for drain, but the ad doesn't have anything to gauge the size by. At little more than $10, it is worth taking a chance.
Edit:
Ran the Cummins part number on the box and comes back as drain fitting, so that looks like it! thanks for your help!

This could be it:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/M915-M916A1-MEP009A-NTC-290-Cummins-Turbo-Charger-Brass-Elbow-45-3000560-/201426328618
If the link doesn't work here's the item number 201426328618
It does not give the size but I have never seen a feed line like this.

That is for 5/8" tube, This is 7/8" tube, or at least fits snug into a 7/8" hose, I know an odd size. It was made by Parker, but may be special to Cummins.

It may even be 1/2" I haven't checked closely, Just going by eye.
edit: Measures right at 1" OD at ends of threads.

It might be an illusion but that looks to me like 1/2" NPT .840 OD. 3/4" NPT is 1.050 OD
Parker has a 259IFHD-10-8 45° 7/8 x 1/2 NPTM. I know you'd need a bushing but I wonder if it would pass enough oil.

Does anyone know the part number for the 45 deg  inverted flare (7/8") x 3/4 NPT elbow used on early Big Cams, and earlyer back to the NH for the turbo drain?.
I got nowhere on a Quick serv  search under the serial number. They seam to have no uploaded the parts for the early Big Cams.
