Ebay has all kinds of them. Vintage Eaton K1443, K-1443. Looks like it would fit.

If you can not find a kit, Take it apart very carefully and start with a box of assorted O rings and see what you can do?? If a spring is broken or weak try McMaster and Carr???

I have an older knob for a 13 spd. It has the philips type screw in the center . About 3 inches round and 3/4 inch thick. I want to use it if I can find a repair kit.. I am still searching..It is from a 70 KW. My truck I think had the same style. Anyone know where to get a kit.? Anyone have one to sell ? Thanks.
