Victor is it. There were three different Victors building trucks in the 'teens and 1920's. This 1925 model is from the newest company located in St. Louis, MO from 1923 to 1928. All three companies were unrelated although two were in St. Louis. Hamish had this first. Thanks to Don MacKenzie for the photo.
