Oldsmobile it is. By the late 1930's Oldsmobile trucks were a GM export brand. The cab was sourced in the country where it was sold. Davwingman had this first. Our photo was posted to Facebook by Kevin Ulry.

That is an Australian cab built by Holdens, at that stage the bodybuilding division of GM Australia.
