Wow that's an awful small radius for such a large belt even it the belt is cogged.
I know this doesn't help but I had a generator with that pulley on it collecting dust in the barn since the late 70s. I think it came off a Waukesha large stationary engine. It along with 7000 pounds of other "good" parts went to the scrapper when I cleaned up around here.
I have a friend of mine looking through his stuff for a pulley like that.

The specs are 3" OD, 17 mm shaft with a single key, takes 7/8" wide C series fan belts. Have a single sheave but need a pulley with two.
Any guidance or source info appreciated.
