Good day,

Here are a couple pictures of my old truck. Has a caterpillar 1673-C engine, 1400-24 tires , and weighs 22,875 pounds. Truck is in remarkably good condition and is all origional except for the new engine.

I have been working on the brakes this winter putting new air lines! New air tanks, on the back brakes and new wheel cylinders, master cylinder and hydraulic lines on the front.

Martin

Hi Tom, thanks
The truck is from Kenosha County Wisconsin . I am the third owner from new. I purchased this at an auction of collector trucks who had sold his farm. He bought the truck in 1973 and has had it in a barn since then. Kenosha County had put the brand new drop in engine in just before it came up for public Auction. It came with a roll over plow and a benching wing and also a large V Plow. He was not able to fit everything on his float when he brought it back to Ontario so he left the v plow.
I have the truck now in Niagara Falls ,Ontario. For the size and how heavy it is built it drives beautifully .Everything works but I am doing some maintainance on the brakes and rad hoses and such.
Regards Martin

Thanks for the kind words,
It could still push snow, but I am happy we don't have any right now.

Martin,

If you get some snow we would love to see some video of that beast working.

Nice truck! I see it has Frink plows, I have not seen a front hitch like that with three pins. I also have an Oshkosh snowplow, but it's much newer.

Hi Green Mountain Man,
Do you have the Oshkosh video on YouTube of your truck? The roll over plow is also a Frink. Wish I could find a large v-plow for it.

No I don't have any videos on Youtube. I wish I knew how to do that stuff! Are you saying you have a rollover plow for your truck? That would explain the unusual hitch. Maybe the two upper mounts are for the V and the rollover attaches at bottom three pins. Do you have any pictures of the V plow or know the model? Have you thought about getting the V plow shipped to you?
