I have, sort-of, but springs are hard to modify and not have them break. The hardest part is the reverse hook on the fixed end, that has to be like that. That often means turning an already made hook 180 deg, not a good thing to try.

Looked in my old Euclid catalog nothing like that. But upon reading your post closer I assume it's for Wagner juice brakes.
