Leyden, they may possibly be one of two "WA" 60 hp Waukesha powered Linns later aquired by Emporium Luber Co. of Cranberry Lake, wand possibly the # 290 in stripped down when last rebuilt with c. 1941 GMC truck cab and engine and 1930's Mack truck parts (front axle, brakes, etc.) shown elsewhere in this forum.
