My daughter Rebecca at the controls of a Cessna 172. Final approach to Burlington, N.C., instrument landing --- Runway visible @ 500ft.
Trucks, give me trucks!!! --- I'M LIKING TRUCKSWhen we see what we want to see, and hear what we want to hear---- all too often we miss the point!
I'm where I'm at when I'm all there! But,when I'm here, how can I be all there?

Glenn
I'm glad to see your airplanes had the "steer axle" on the right end.

John this is a 150 Lycoming but at the time we built this I had a 180 Lycoming but could not get a STC for it.It has a Texas tail wheel conversion. I wished after the fact that I would have started with a aerbat 150.This 150 engine has burnt mostly auto fuel.It still had a good climb rate.I wish I still had it. Also the man that bought the 180 from me told me that it had float frame attachment brakets from the fractory which I did not know but it did have a sea going prop and cross braces in the w/s. I loved that cross braces cause you could hold on to them in rough air.

Glen, you've got good taste! I take care of a 160 hp 150...FUN plane! Nothing wrong with the 180 either! I've been known to fall out of a few of those....
I was put on this earth to do a certain amount of things....right now, I'm so far behind I could never die!
