I'll say I-H 104C from the mid 1920s.

Definitely International, but I think it might be a 1928-1930 HS-74 model with a 4 cylinder Hall Scott motor. A7 and A8 models had longer hoods.

We have a very observant bunch here, not only did we name the truck, we also noticed it was pulling a trailer. This of course is an International, and I would agree this is an HS-74 3-1/2 ton model with the Hall-Scott 4 cylinder engine. It is not an HS-104C as the "C" indicated chain drive. This photo was taken in 1929, and the A7/A8 models were not introduced until 1932. Brian Kelly had this first. The photos are from the Dick Wittington Collection at USC.

I thought I saw a chain drive, I guess that's the spring shackle and a bracket or something ahead of that. Maybe it's that W series of the early thirties? Enclosed cab and pneumatic tires would put it in the late 20s or early 30s.

Enclosed is a picture of an A7 with a double reduction IH axle and leaf springs on top and bottom of the axle. I have pictures of the W model from the 1920s but can't find them right now.
