This rare truck is making it's first appearance in the WAI. Emblem removed. Photo from Dan Souday.

Yup, Bill has it. This truck is a Yale from about 1921. The Yale Motor Truck Company built only one model, a 1-1/2 tonner, in New Haven, Connecticut from 1920 to 1922. It was equipped with a Herschell-Spillman 4 cylinder engine. Not much is known about these trucks and they had a pretty short run. Thanks to Mike W for the WAI photo, and Dan Souday for the article.

Would that be the same company that later built industrial fork trucks and clamp trucks for material handling?
