Definitely Winnebago Brave. I'll go with Dodge chassis as well. Hauled a BUNCH of strip chassis to Forest Lake back in the mid to late '70's. A real treat to load in rain or snow. (sarcasm off)

too short to be a Brave,  (Winnebago) Chieftain  440 dodge on a RM-400 Dodge chassis if everything is still stock  1975 is a good guess on the year..
