My 1955 Trailmobile 6500 gallon tank trailer. Sure wish I could have done something with it. Well I guess I did, I gave it to a friend in Iowa for Christmas to go behind his White.

Good one, but I think he's going to have to get one made up in Emoji if he wants today's drivers to understand.:w00t:

Glee Pitney (24/04/2013)
Binder: I have my dad's business cards from the 1930s and 1940s. One is Middlekauff, Inc, a Kingham dealer in Toledo, Ohio. Owner was W. A. Middlekauff, Vance at 15th St, phone Adams 4332. Glee

Glee, that makes sense. Toledo is fairly close to here. Thank you. Bruce

Alcoa advertisement from CCJ Sept. 1950 featuring an International KB series-possibly KB8 or KBS8 model, what I think is an Autocar with an odd cab, and an Associated Transport Brown tractor.

The second page features a Western Emeryville International-probably a W4064-L model and an L model Mack-possibly an LFT.

There is a rig identical to this sitting in Tibbee, Miss., but I don't believe the trailer is torsion suspension.

Eprsplit (12/03/2013)
Here is my 1950 Fruehauf 32 foot flatbed......purchased new by my

Grandpa in March of 1950.......been in the family since day one.

Model PMGT-5531-S, torsion bar suspension, manufactured in Ft. Wayne

Indiana. (FW-57866)

All I need is one more Good Deal and I'll be out of Business.

I'll stick with the old and they can stick the new.
