John, I may be wrong but I think the pictures are not labeled correctly. The WHS also states that the W series was produced from 1930 to 1948. I'm like you, I've never seen a W series with a Comfo cab.

These are from the Wisconsin Historical site here. They're both 1950 W Series Westcoasters with Comfo-Vision cabs, a W-3042-L with a tag axle and a W-4064-L. I didn't know they built W Series trucks with Comfo-Vision cabs.

Jeeperscreepers (10/13/2022) I'm just wondering of any of these survived. I haven't seen any modern day pictures of one. It appears to be maybe 55-56 vintage and the grill and hood resemble those used in the off road trucks. The fenders appear to resemble those used on the cab overs with the slanted engine. Sure would be a rare bird if any survived.
