Petpa, welcome to JOT ! Your brochure looks like mid to late 1920's to me. Often there is a code on the back cover, in the lower right or lower left corner, that contains the date.

The truck pictured, with the radiator type and flat bumper, would be a model 52, which was about 1926-1928.
