The Garfords have it, with Davwingman first. This is a 1920 or so Garford. I'm not sure if it was running hot or if there were other issues with the engine but the hood is laying on the bed behind the seat. Our WAI photo is from the Michael Semas Collection on Facebook and was sent by Jerry Park. The tank truck is cropped from a 1921 Shorpy's photo.
