Fenders,hood,radaitor all look Pete, the cab could be Pete but the picture is squirley,either that or a Fagoel cab, and it would all be a mid 40's low mount.

John, I think it is a custom built GMC. The nose looks very much like this truck, but the cab is entirely different. This is your photo !
