I am bumping this back to the top for all the people who I had great conversations about this trip with at Lexington last week.
Stephanie is working on building another tour to Alice Springs in 2020. If anyone is interested in participating, send her an email at santon@cruiseplanners.com to get on her email information distribution list.
She is also working on a personal trip for me to the "Haulin' of the Hume" in April of 2019. If you are interested going to this, let her know and we can work together.

Brocky, We have worked our entire life and have no children just some nieces and nephews most of whom we never hear from unless they want something, usually money. It is to the point I don't care anymore, We will spend their inheritance. lol    25 for the whole deal does not sound that bad.

I wish to express a BIG Thank You to ATHS Chairman, John Vanatta and Tour Agency, Stephanie and Rich Anton for creating our "Trip of a Lifetime"!!! Before we left everybody said to take pictures, so including Hawaii on the way home, I took about 1800!! 

The Australian Truckie Hall of Fame Reunion only takes place every 5 years. If ATHS and/or Stephanie decides to do another Down Under Tour, plan on participating!!

Wayne, to answer your earlier question, including the 6 days in Hawaii on the way home, it cost us the high side of $25k for the 2 of us, which we stole out of our 401 IRA.. BUT it was worth every penny of it!!!!

Our last day in Australia was a bus trip on the Great Ocean Road west of Melbourne along the southern coast thru Port Campbell National Park. A combination of golden sand beaches,sheer cliff faces,rugged surf, and lush forests. The high light being the Twelve Apostles rock formations and shipwreck areas.
