Did these have the Sleeper in front of the Driver?? or am I thinking of something Else??

Here you go with the Corbitt model D603T29 also known as the "Tall Boy". My article says they were developed specifically for Turner Transfer of Greensboro North Carolina and Reading Pennsylvania. There is no mention as to how many or if it was a one off.
