Well, the short story is I lost my job ( company lost their insurance) back in November, so had to sell all the toys to survive. I was extremely lucky to find another job fairly quick. So decided to to take a leap and found this 62 Pete, that is mostly still stock, was originally ordered by P.I.E. The guy I bought it from really didnt know much about it as fas as what was in it, has the orginal suspension, rebuilt 4 speed aux, haven't found the number on the motor as yet.....but it looks period correct..so here is a couple of pics of it before I get some tlc things done to it to put ithttp://forums.justoldtrucks.com/Uploads/Images/dbf2cccd-3a65-4700-99b8-f788.JPG on the road http://forums.justoldtrucks.com/Uploads/Images/95970c2a-d99c-4949-a35c-e9ae.JPG

Steve, she sure looks nice, good luck in the restoration, I like to see these trucks stay as close to orignal as you can keep them. Thanks for sharing.

Been way to long since I updated. I located new fenders, a full set of 5 holes that are now powder coated. A friend of mine found an early 60's Peterbilt 36" coffin sleeper. Bumper has been repaired. Cleaned up odds and ends. It's getting there, but s ways to go yet. Thought I would post since it had been a while
