Hamish had this right off the bat. This is indeed a Chevrolet, actually a 1940 model. The top of the grille is about the only difference between a 1939 and 1940. The Railway Express Agency (REA) trucks used to be everywhere when I was growing up, just as UPS trucks are today. This restored truck is at the Railroader's Memorial Musuem in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
