Print ads and brochures are being moved to the Articles Folder. If you have any of these types of files please upload them to the Articles Folder

Tony and I are slowly trying to get a handle on the Library. It's going to take a massive amount of work. Most of the documents have been brought over. I'm working on the Publications now and Tony on WWII. I never realised how big some of these files are, The first pdf file I downloaded was huge, 156 Mb. It appears all of the PDF files have to be compressed in size. An example would be a Commercial Car Journal issue was over 31 Mb in size and after compressing it was down to 13 Mb. Please be patient this process will take weeks.

I have now moved all of the articles to the Articles folder. Once again the Photos link in PeterJ's Place is all truck photos, almost. In a short few weeks we've posted over 250 truck photos inPeterJ'S Place.

Most of our attention lately has been devoted to populating the Library. Franks been working on the Documents/Carburators also the Suspensions folders. Tony's tracking down onformation. I've been working on bringing the Commercial Car Journals over. Starting with 1915. Some of these were huge, over 150 Mb. They were so big some folks were unable to download them much less open them. I've been splitting them into smaller files. Most are between 8 and 12 Mb some a couple bigger and some smaller. There's a total of 35 years so It's going to take a while.
